Coach Sign Up and Information

If you wish to coach or be an assistant coach this year, please fill out the form which you can find in the forms section and send it in along with your childs registration.

Once the age groups have been determined at the league meeting you will be contacted about your possible coach position for this season.  We thank you for considering to volunteer your time.

This year all volunteers wishing to  coach or be an assistant coach will be required to attend a Western Counties Coach Clinic.  Each community is in the process of booking these clinics and Date/Time/Locations will be available once they have been confirmed.

Police record checks MUST be done for anyone wishing to coach or be an assistant coach.  Please click on the link above in order to print out and fill in the proper forms.  Each coach is responsible to bring thier own paperwork into the OPP and also to pick it up.
